Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Blender ("aiblender.app", the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to your use of the AI Blender web application available at https://aiblender.app.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to use the Service.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Connected Social Platforms

The Service allows you to connect third-party social platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and policies. You authorize us to post content on your behalf only as directed by you through the Service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (for example, to publish posts to connected platforms).

Prohibited Uses

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Uploading malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or disrupting the Service.
  • Using the Service to spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
